This is my first post on my new blog, and it holds an important announcement...
This week I made my official decision...
I am going to Peru!!!
I will be leaving for an extended missions trip to Peru in mid-December of this year! (yes, that's only about a month away!)I am really excited. I feel like this is totally God's leading. He has opened so many miraculous doors to provide this amazing opportunity for me to serve overseas. I am just blown away.
Among other things, while I am living in Peru- I will be serving with a children's feeding ministry, living with a peruan family and learning Spanish.
This blog will be to chronicle my journey, ministry, experiences,thoughts, prayer requests, things I learn, cultural info, stories and pictures, and much more, while I seek to serve God on this adventure in South America.
